Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–10 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, transportation disruptions, product size, destination, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Large furniture may require special handling, additional packaging, freight transportation, or delivery in multiple packages.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

Furniture that has been significantly used, damaged, stained, modified, or returned without required components may not qualify for a return.

Customers may be responsible for applicable return shipping or transportation costs for returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or other reasons not attributable to Stowhaven.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Orders that have not yet entered processing may generally be canceled upon request. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, order details, or other information necessary to review the issue.

Furniture Assembly and Use

Customers are responsible for following the assembly and care instructions provided with furniture products.

Furniture should be assembled and used according to the product instructions and applicable weight limits.

Do not use furniture in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or modify structural components without appropriate authorization.

For products supplied with safety or anti-tip hardware, such components should be installed and used according to the provided instructions.
